It was gathered that a goat made a vehicle ram into another and five people lost their lives. The people that witnessed incident rushed after the goat in anger and cutoff it's head. To the surprise of the people present, the goat wasn't bleeding as it was supposed to, which made them conclude that the goat was not ordinary and some rituals must have been involved.
